We will keep in touch with you throughout the recruitment process if you are applying to a specific vacancy, even if there is no news. If our employers have no immediate openings in your area of expertise, we will not contact you.

We suggest that you have your resume edited by a professional at least once. We would be happy to work with you on your resume and can provide advice as to how to structure it or even re-write it completely if required. See an example here.

Most of our clients understand that it is difficult to get away early to attend interviews sometimes. We work with our clients on finding mutually suitable times and venues for interviews; we will even make our own offices available if required.

Our service is totally confidential. Red Seal will not divulge any personal information unless you authorize us to do so. Keep in mind that once you have agreed to enter into discussions with other employers more people will know of your interest in finding other work.

We do offer free salary advice and salary surveys for clients. We are happy to advise you on the current market rates.

We cannot guarantee that we will find you a job. We place a percentage of the people that register with us but unfortunately we are not able to place all of them. If you have applied for a specific job advertisement and you are suitable, we may find you a position within days of registering. You may register with us when we have nothing suitable for you, in that case you will be added to our database and contacted when something suitable does arise.

When you register on www.redsealrecruiting.com or send us your resume, we will review your experience and ensure that we only contact you about the most relevant jobs. You should receive notification of receipt immediately and a call or email within 48 hours. We may want to clarify some of your experience, skills, education, etc. If we have current postings or clients interested in your skills we will then set a time to carry out a thorough telephone prescreen. We guarantee that we will not forward your resume to clients until we have spoken with you first.
