This will ensure that we can communicate what your company has to offer and that we can make sure candidates we present to you have the skills, attitude and experience you want. We take this information to prepare the job posting and work with you until you are fully satisfied with what we will be working together to find.
2. We research and locate candidates.
Our focus on trades people allows us to narrow our search and begin networking immediately to identify top candidates. Our focus on thorough and effective research ensures we know where your candidates will be and how we can communicate with them.
3. We market the job to your candidates.
Using effective phone, internet and print based marketing we communicate the job you have to candidates and insure that they get all the information they need about your opportunity.
4. We evaluate your candidates.
Our screening and evaluation techniques allow us to find the ideal candidates with the skills, attitude and work ethic you are looking for. By using the most advanced techniques we quickly find the best for your organization while showing the candidates the care and respect that they deserve. The screening process includes phone interviews, behavioral based interviews, reference checking and optional aptitude testing.
5. Present your candidates
We provide you with a detailed summary of the most qualified candidates that understand your organization, goals and opportunities.
6. Arrange a final interview…
We organize your interview with the candidate at your location or at our board room.
7. Negotiation and delivery
We work with you to secure the candidate you want from extending offers to negotiating terms of employment such as a start date.
8. Follow-up
After an acceptance, our job is not done. If necessary we will lead the candidate through the resignation process, and work with you to help arrange relocation. Red Seal will continue to support the candidates through the transition to your company.
