Kael Campbell, Head Recruiter

Kael Campbell has extensive experience working in BC's primary industries with trades people. From recruiting for permanent unionized positions to large maintenance projects Kael's recruiting has focused on finding the best tradesperson to fill a position.

Kael Campbell is a Human Resource professional with a Bachelors in Business Administration, a concentration in Human Resource Management and specialization in social psychology. As member and his role on the advisory council to the BC Human Resources Management Association (BC HRMA) Kael continues to find and develop the best tools for recruiting.

In the community Kael is the Post Secondary Education Liaison for the BC HRMA and an active participant in community-based employment and educational initiatives. Kael can often be found enjoying his free time mountain biking and exploring B.C.

Shannon Feeney, Recruiter

Shannon Feeney is a Human Resources professional and one of BC's best recruiters. During her six years with Red Seal, she has recruited several different positions for many industries, including pulp and lumber mills, mining, construction, production, food manufacturing, oil, gas and utilities.

Shannon's most recent consulting experience includes a major 300+ employee staffing project, outplacement counseling and general HR consulting. In her previous position with Teresan Gas Vancouver Island, Shannon was responsible for the employee and labour relations functions including recruitment and staffing.

Shannon has extensive experience recruiting senior management, professional engineers, plant managers, consultants, supervisors, power engineers, all trades and technical positions throughout BC. Born and raised in British Columbia, Shannon has extensive knowledge of BC's communities and what they have to offer potential candidates.

Shannon holds a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Queen's University and is certified as a Canadian Management Professional through the Institute of Professional Management. She is a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association, and Human Resources Chair and Board Member for Volunteer Victoria.

Ruth Eden, Recruiter, CHRP

Ruth Eden holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC with a specialization in Human Resource Management and she is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (CCIC). Ruth has a variety of human resource and recruiting experience gained from working in BC's public sector and private industries. Ruth takes the lead in recruiting for Mines, Oil Sands Projects and Transportation Companies.

Ruth's experience living and recruiting in one industry towns has helped her realize the importance of finding enthusiastic and skilled workers who fit into the community. Ruth enjoys international travel and Surfing on Canada's West Coast.

David Nichols, Recruiter

David Nichols is a technical recruiting veteran who recently sold his Employment Agency in the United Kingdom to emigrate with his family to Canada. David's vast experience includes permanent and contract recruitment specializing in engineering, trades and manufacturing.

David is very customer focused and has an excellent track record of working with clients and candidates to ensure a great fit. A keen wild life photographer, who spends much of his spare time precipitating in the fantastic outdoor activities Canada has to offer.

Kim Jennings, Office Administrator

Kim Jennings holds an Associate of Arts Degree with a focus on business. Kim has an integral role in the company's daily operations and she supports all staff members. She is the first point of contact for inquiries and helps keep the office organized and efficient. Kim's experience includes customer service and administrative support in various industries.

Kim volunteers at the local animal shelter and she enjoys camping, hiking and travelling.

Patricia Cabal, Recruiting Assistant

Patricia Cabal has a background in customer service and provides administrative support for our recruiters. Patricia has worked closely with Emily on the recruitment of Linemen and beginning to assist in the recruitment of Carpenters, Plumbers and Electricians.
